Refund policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order. We regret that we cannot offer a refund for change-of-mind purchases. However, should your product be faulty, damaged or your order fulfilled incorrectly, please email us at orders@popkins.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, date of purchase, date of receipt and a brief explanation of the problem to request a refund or replacement product.

Requests for a refund, or replacement product, will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your email. A confirmation of the refund and receipt for the refund will be emailed to you when processed. Refunds for purchases made by credit card can only be made back to the credit card used to pay for the original purchase. In the case of replacement products, Popkin’s will pay for the re-delivery.
